It accommodates up to 512 concurrent ONU connections across 8 independent EPON ports, utilizing a standard 1:64 splitting architecture. Backed by an efficient 45W max power consumption, dual hot-backup capability, and multi-Gigabit uplink flexibility (4 x GE + 4 x 10GE SFP+ slots), it delivers stable, carrier-grade routing performance optimized for modern ISP backhauls and corporate intranets

Built for heavy subscriber convergence, the OLT is armed with 8 independent downstream EPON PON ports. Operating at a traditional 1:64 passive optical splitting architecture, a single 1U hardware frame safely hosts up to 512 concurrent Optical Network Units (ONUs) or Optical Network Terminals (ONTs). The downstream channel pushes downstream data over single-mode fiber with a PON speed of 1.25 Gbps across a standard maximum physical link radius of 20 Kilometers
