The SFP-10GB-BX20-U is a hot-swappable, small form-factor pluggable (SFP+) optical transceiver module designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet data communications.It utilizes BiDirectional (BiDi) technology, which allows it to simultaneously transmit and receive data over a single strand of single-mode fiber (SMF) for distances up to 20 kilometers (12.4 miles). By using a single fiber strand instead of two, it effectively doubles the capacity of existing fiber infrastructure.
